Your gut health journey begins with a 15-minute discovery call, where we answer any questions you may have about the testing process, what to expect, and how it can support your health goals. Once you're ready to proceed, payment is made, and we order your test kit directly from the laboratory. The kit will be shipped to your home, allowing you to begin the process at your convenience.
Testing Kit Delivery & Sample Collection
Receiving & Preparing for Collection: When your kit arrives, carefully read the enclosed instructions before collecting your sample. Certain dietary or medication adjustments may be required before testing to ensure accurate results.
Collecting Your Sample: The kit includes all necessary materials for a straightforward and mess-free collection process. Please ensure you follow the step-by-step instructions provided to obtain a high-quality sample.
Returning Your Sample to the Laboratory: Once collected, your sample must be securely packaged and sent back to the laboratory as soon as possible using the provided return shipping instructions. Timely submission is essential for the most accurate analysis. The turnaround time from the lab receiving your samples to us receiveing your results is usually 7 days.
What Happens Next? After the lab sends us your results, we will schedule your Results & Recommendations Consultation to review your findings and discuss the next steps for optimising your gut health.
Results & Recommendations Consultation – Your Personalised Gut Health Plan
Once we receive your gut test results from the lab, we’ll schedule a 60-minute follow-up session to review your findings in detail. During this consultation, we’ll explain what your results mean, identify key imbalances, and provide targeted supplement recommendations to support your gut health.
Based on your results, we can create a personalized treatment plan and work with Formulae, our trusted local compounding pharmacy, to formulate custom supplements such as probiotics, parasite treatments, or other gut-supporting solutions.
